Dieting and cooking is an interesting dilemma that always preoccupies us women. If you are on a diet, you are reading a recipe just for you :)

As you know, I have another blog where I keep a diary of diet, diet recipes and the diet I try to make :) This week, I will share with you a very effective diet recipe that I got from a dietitian, and I will start the diet again with those who want to join me.

Of course, don't just wait for me to write, share your diet successes and failures with me. How can we find a solution, let's write to each other :)

  • 1 teaspoon of dried mint
  • 1 sweet spice salt
  • 2,5 teaspoon of sugar

For inside:

  • feta cheese

For the above

  • 2 egg yolks

Preparation of:

  1. Crush the yeast in a small bowl, pour warm water into it, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, mix well and let it ferment for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take the flour and all the necessary ingredients for the dough into the kneading bowl and add the yeast by making a hole in the middle.
  3. Mix the ingredients a little and wait for 10 minutes for pre-fermentation.

I tried the recipe..it was really great.. only I used whole wheat red wheat flour as flour and I poured flaxseed and poppy seeds on it...it was amazing, there was no dough left inside, it was fluffy…although the oil rate was quite a bit, the taste was really super..so long story short, I highly recommend it to anyone who is a pastry freak like me but is afraid of weight.

Ms. Nilay, I just made pastry with your recipe. It was unique. I only used potatoes as a stuffing. I boiled the potatoes. I chopped 1 onion into rings and roasted it well in half a tablespoon of oil. I mashed the potatoes, grated some Parmesan and some İzmir Tulum cheese in it. I also added the fried onions. I used this as interior material. It was very nice. A very good recipe for dieters. Thanks.
