Ingredients for Carob Flour Cookies Recipe

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoons of carob flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips

How to Make Carob Flour Cookies Recipe?

  1. Take the room temperature butter in a deep and wide bowl. Add the egg, granulated sugar and peanut butter on top and mix with a spatula or whisk.
  2. Add the carob flour and mix.
  3. Add the flour, chocolate chips and baking powder and mix.
  4. Divide the gathered dough into 10 pieces and place them on the baking tray with greaseproof paper at 5-6 cm intervals. Spread with a stamp or fork.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until the edges are browned (approximately 12-15 minutes).
  6. Cooked cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven, so take them from the tray and serve after they have cooled completely.
