I usually choose ezine or goat cheese for breakfast. If we're going to be a little crowded and I want a variety for breakfast, I'll fry pancakes right away.

You can also turn it into a unique appetizer in the evenings. When we went to Greece, I ate cheese bread called saganaki and I liked it very much. His pane also has sesame seeds. If you want, you can increase the flavor by adding some sesame seeds to the last layer.
