Ingredients for Kazandibi Recipe
- 1 kg. milk
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (2 tablespoons more granulated sugar for caramel)
- 3 tablespoons of rice flour
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 1 packaged vanilla
How to Make Kazandibi Recipe?
- Mix and cook all the ingredients except 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
- When it starts to boil, cook the ladar for another 3-4 minutes, stirring.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar into a medium-sized Teflon pan and pour the pudding over it.
- Cook over medium heat until the edges are browned.
- After it cools down, keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Cut long strips, put walnut and cinnamon mixture in them, wrap them and make a roll.
