Ingredients for Kazandibi Recipe
1 kg. milk
1 cup of granulated sugar (2 tablespoons more granulated sugar for caramel)
3 tablespoons of rice flour
3 tablespoons of starch
1 packaged vanilla
How to Make Kazandibi Recipe?
Mix all the ingredients except 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and cook. When it starts to boil, cook by stirring for 3-4 more minutes. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on a medium-sized Teflon pan and pour the pudding on it. Cook over medium heat until the edges turn brown. After cooling, 2 hours Keep it in the refrigerator. Cut long strips and put a walnut-cinnamon mixture inside and roll them up.
