Some do it very well, some don't. With this recipe, we solve this problem. You will be surprised at the compatibility of rice pudding with apricot.

I would like to share with you information about how to reduce the feeling of thirst while fasting in a radio program you recently listened to.

1- Drinking too much water while fasting increases the desire to be thirsty for the next day. Therefore, it is better to drink water at intervals.

2- Too much sweet and salty food increases thirst again.

3- Drinking tea after iftar in the evening also increases the removal of water from the body, so drinking too much tea makes you thirsty the next day.

Yours,
