Rock Wood Pickle
Hello Dear Friends,
I prepared this recipe, edited the photos, but waited for the instant pickle we set up to post it :) As a matter of fact, the pickle was made within a week and it was already placed on the plates...
Hey! If you are talking about –muslı, -misli, where were you, I will tell you right away because I am very troubled about this :) Our pickles were left in Akyaka since we came back from Muğla by plane and we had 2 times more belongings than when we were leaving, and there was also a kilogram limit on the plane. Fortunately, good news came and I was sprinkled with water :)
rock grove sea bean or with sea beans It is especially mixed with sea beans. Although all of them are similar in taste because they are rich in iodine, they all have a different flavor. The flavor of the rock grove is a bit bitter as the name suggests. Salad is also made like pickles, but I haven't tried to make a salad by boiling it.
Where can it be found and what is the benefit? For those who ask, I can show you my photo with the subject "A Blog Isn't Easily Written" as an example :) It grows abundantly on the rocks, especially on the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts. Unfortunately, I don't know where it can be bought as I have not seen it sold with money, but I have seen it sold as pickles in some big markets. When it comes to its benefits, it is said to be good for goiter disease, but I do not know for sure.
Finally, this is what happened… I took this photo one day before we made the pickle, at Kordon Restaurant, where we had dinner in Akyaka. Just wanted to add for your opinion.
Love…
