Hello Dear Friends,

Since I don't have the opportunity to write it tomorrow and I don't want to keep your roasts in the fridge waiting too long, I wanted to share the Quesadilla recipe that I prepared this evening and that we liked very much.

This dish, which is read as "Kesadiya" written in quesadilla, is actually of Mexican origin. The word quesadilla means cheese in Spanish. cheese derived from the word. There was no roasted version of this delicious delicacy, which you can find meat, chicken and cheese versions in restaurants, because I had not cooked it yet :)

salsa sauce

Quesadilla is a dish made by putting a tortilla, as we call it, between lavash. As a matter of fact, it's like lavash toast that I adored a long time ago. You can add any ingredients you want, but if you want to make something close to the original, cheddar cheese, jalapeno pepper, onion, red and yellow bell pepper and a must-have Mexican bean. You can easily find these materials together in big supermarkets.

If you were to use chicken or steak, it would take longer, but since the roast is pre-cooked, you can prepare and serve it in 20 minutes at most.
