Hello Dear Friends,

Years ago, I took this recipe from our Bolu / Mudurnu trip, prepared it with enthusiasm and put it in the drafts. Then I forgot it there :) I saw it while I was collecting my articles today, I even took note of the owner of the street stall I bought. Kasli noodles I think this was my second recipe after my recipe :) I loved the ready-made ravioli that I bought from Kezban sister in Mudurnu. Salute to him after many years.

Ingredients for Spoon Stalk Ravioli Recipe

  • 1 pack of spoon-handled ravioli (500 gr)
  • 1 liter of water or chicken broth (if you say chicken broth is heavy, you can add half or half)
  • salt

For the above:

  • Grated Goat Cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons of butter
  • walnut shards

How to Make Spoon Stalk Ravioli Recipe?

  1. Take the boiling water in the pot, add salt to the boiling water (add a little if the chicken broth is salty).
  2. Boil the ravioli until soft, drain the remaining water from the boiled ravioli.
  3. Add the melted butter to the ravioli and mix.
  4. Sprinkle the grated or crumbled ravioli on the small side of the grater.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on the cheese and serve.
