Hello Dear Friends,

It was 2 days in a row. I left the house at 9 in the morning and came back at 9 in the evening. While I was trying to take some time for myself today, I remembered that I had a workout. “I have added sports to my diet for the last 3 weeks, so :)” Anyway, all my plans fell through. So I thought I'd reward myself a little bit :)

healthy breakfasts

As a result of this, spoon spillage came out, but it is a little more innocent because it is very low-fat and whole wheat flour :)) It is less than everything, but it turns out to be about 14 puff-puff spoon spills :)

As I write to you right now, I continue to have my breakfast. I think it's just for my taste, but if you don't like the bitter taste of olive oil, put the same amount of oil in it. There will be guests at the weekend. If you want to give me whole wheat for breakfast, you can use another multi-purpose flour.

If you try this weekend with me Don't forget to share on instagram :) I would love to share the recipes you use with your photos in my story :)

Love….

Ingredients for Spoon Butter (Whole Wheat) Recipe

  • 1 glasses of yoghurt
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 3 teaspoon of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1,5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tiny pinch of salt
  • a little olive oil to grease the pan

How to Make Spoon Bulk (Whole Wheat) Recipe?

  1. Take the yogurt in a whisking bowl, add 2 eggs on top.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, baking powder, salt and flour.
  3. Oil the pan and, if necessary, remove excess oil with a napkin.
  4. Take the dough with the help of a tablespoon and put it in the hot pan. Spread lightly with the back of the spoon (straighten without thinning)
  5. When one side is browned, turn the other side and when it rises and becomes red, transfer it to the serving plate.
  6. Serve warm or cold when all the dough is cooked.

Can sugar be added to this like in pancakes, Nilay Hanim? For example, if we add 2-3 spoons of sugar, would there be a need for a change in the ratio of other ingredients?
