  • 3-4 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheddar Omelet Recipe?

  1. Grate the cheddar cheese.
  2. Grease the pan with butter and heat it. (Do not leave too much oil in the pan) While the pan is heating, add a little salt and pepper to the eggs and whisk.
  3. Take the beaten eggs into the pan and cook until the bottom separates slightly.
  4. Check with spatula, if it comes apart, shake the pan so that it is completely separated from the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on half of the omelet.
  6. Fold the omelet with the help of a spatula and transfer it to the serving plate. Serve with turkey or veal ham, if desired.
