Roasted Eggplant with Cheese

We finally opened the barbecue season :) We couldn't even slow down, we barbecued for three days in a row. I'm not a very carnivorous person, I always prefer grilled vegetables. Since last year, I have prepared peppers in each barbecue according to the number of people. roasted eggplant with cheddar I thought I'd share the recipe with you.

It is so delicious that it can throw the meat off the roof :) Moreover, all you have to do is incredibly practical, all you have to do is grate your cheddar cheese while the aubergines are roasting on the barbecue and feed it into the eggplants, just like making kumpir.

Ingredients for Roasted Eggplant with Cheese

• 2 eggplants (1 per person)
• 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
• 2 teaspoons of salted butter
• salt optional
• black pepper

Ysnatch:

1. Pierce the eggplants 2-3 times with the help of a knife. Roast on the grill of the oven or on the barbecue if desired (barbecue is more delicious).
2. Scratch the roasted eggplants lengthwise with the help of a knife.
3. Distribute 1 teaspoon of butter among the eggplants. Share the cheddar cheese and mix it with the hot eggplants with the help of a dessert spoon or knife.
4. Add black pepper (I don't add salt as butter and cheese salt is enough), serve hot or warm when cheese melts.
