I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel good after a busy and tiring year. Since both workplaces and schools are on holiday, I wanted to share a recipe that can be made at home with children.

Ingredients for Snowball Cookies Recipe

  • 130 g butter
  • 1 tea glass of powdered sugar (50 g)
  • half a tea glass of wheat starch (30 g)
  • 2 cups of flour (210 g)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla flavoring
  • Extra powdered sugar for topping

How to Make Snowball Cookie Recipe?

  1. Take the soft butter at room temperature into the kneading bowl.
  2. Add the starch, powdered sugar, flour, vanilla flavor and orange zest on top.
  3. Knead in the bowl until the dough starts to come together.
  4. Keep kneading the dough you take on the counter until it comes together well. If you find it difficult, add 1-2 teaspoons of butter.
  5. Divide the dough into 20 equal parts and roll them one by one and place them on the baking tray at 3-4 cm intervals.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies you take out of the oven cool.
