I have great news :) on Tuesday Derya Baykal on Show TV's Derya Days I will participate in the program :) I will prepare 3 different recipes for you. A very enjoyable recipe for this beautiful Monday morning (even if we don't like it at all ;) is Karnıyarık Böreği. You can prepare this pastry, which you can quickly prepare for 5 o'clock tea or serve at dinner, with the ingredients available at home.

Ingredients for the Pie Pie Recipe

  • 2 pieces of dough
  • 250 g of feta cheese
  • 1 pieces of green pepper
  • 1 pieces of tomato

For the sauce:

  • 1 small bowl of yogurt
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 teaspoons of oil

How to Make a Shrimp Pastry Recipe?

  1. First, lay your phyllo on the counter and divide it into 4 parts. 2 phyllo will be 8 pieces.
  2. If you want to crumble the feta cheese, add some chopped parsley.
  3. Whisk the sauce ingredients in a large bowl and mix them thoroughly.
  4. Lay 1 piece of the triangular phyllo on the counter and spread the sauce you prepared with an egg brush over the entire side of the phyllo that is facing you.
  5. Put the cheese filling on the wide part of the cheese phyllo and wrap it like a spring roll. (Do not tighten too much while wrapping, leave plenty.)
  6. After doing the same process on all the phyllo dough, spread the remaining yoghurt paste on it, make a deep scratch on all the pastries you have prepared with the help of a knife.
  7. Slice the pepper and tomato thinly and sprinkle one on each of the pastries. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until completely browned.
  8. Serve hot or warm.

    I didn't know about the slit pastry with sauce either, but after wrapping the phyllo, I fill a bowl with water and put the pastry in water and take it out, then I put it on the tray, that's how I knew it.

    Add 1 bottle of mineral water to the sauce. And pour the remaining sauce over the pastries you have placed on the tray. Wait for 15-20 minutes and throw them in the oven.. It is a crispy outside and soft inside..
