Hello Dear Friends,

One of the most important pillars of my 40 eyebrow resolutions is to lose weight. As you know, I have added weight to my weight after our eating and drinking works that we have spread over the years, our closure at home due to the pandemic and the hard work I have done for my book for the last 2 months. finally dear I knocked on Dilan's door and we started working on this issue together. The progress is good :) We have also started to produce joint content that will benefit you as well. Today's recipe is from me, but the informative cover letter is from dear Dilan.

pizza from cauliflower

Dilan Dietitian: Cauliflower is one of the cabbage-based vegetables. There are many people who don't like it as much as it does. Those who don't should try cauliflower pizza, cauliflower meatballs, cauliflower pastry and brisket, I'm sure they will love it.
Well, is cauliflower, which is not missing from our kitchen in winter, is of no use for us?

Let's find out who is the cauliflower that we eat all the time in winter and what are the benefits for us.

Have you ever heard of the word glucosinolate? If you haven't, let's see what it is 🤔

Glucosinolates, which were first described in the early 17th century, are plants that contain nitrogen and sulfur in their structure, responsible for the distinctive sharp taste and odor of vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. As a result of the disintegration of the cell by external factors such as chewing, cutting, and heating, the enzyme called myrosinase becomes active, and as a result, antioxidant, antimicrobial and anticarcinogenic activities occur.

I mean, what I mean is, cauliflower is a complete healing store for us and this is a scientifically explained fact.
In order to benefit from these benefits, it is important that we do not cook it too much and not be exposed to high heat. Of course, it is a fact that it causes gas and bloating because it is a cabbage group. would not be mistaken.

For example, you can easily eat your cauliflower pizza in this beautiful post, and you can make a great meal by adding 1 glass of buttermilk, your favorite greens or salad 🥰
