Last night, I came back from work very tired, I couldn't think of anything to do... I saw that there is cauliflower in the fridge, I thought of a recipe that my mother used to love very much :)

practical recipe

I wanted to share it with you too. It can be a very nice dinner with soup and salad on the side.

If the cauliflower is large, you can divide it into two, if you want to prepare it from large cauliflower, it will be enough to prepare the other ingredients x2.

Video Description of the Recipe:

Love…

Ingredients for Roast Cauliflower Recipe

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 egg (large size)
  • 1 glass of milk or water
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of oil for frying (just over 1 cup)

SOS:

  • 1 small yogurt
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • optional red pepper flakes

How to Make Roast Cauliflower Recipe?

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Boil the cauliflower in a saucepan with boiling water until it softens slightly (about 8-10 minutes). Set aside to drain and cool a bit.
  3. Whisk the milk, egg and flour in a deep bowl.
  4. Dip the boiled and drained cauliflowers in this mixture and fry them in hot oil.
  5. Take the fried cauliflowers on a paper towel lined plate.
  6. Take the fried cauliflower on a serving plate and add garlic yogurt on top.
  7. If desired, fry the butter and chili peppers in a small pan, pour over the fried cauliflower and serve.

You can try yogurt by making buttermilk.

After boiling the cauliflower in a bowl, immediately turn off the heat and remove it from the stove, wait for a while, when it softens a little, take it out. I think boiling the cauliflower for 10 minutes will make the cauliflower very soft. I also never tried it with milk, but I tried it with a small tea glass of beer many years ago, I couldn't forget that it was delicious and crispy.

hello, your recipe looks very good… I will try it tomorrow…. If I steam the cauliflower instead of boiling it in water, will there be any change in its taste?
