One of the most favorite vegetables of winter is cauliflower, although I don't like meat. cauliflower saladwhat or cauliflower friesI adore you. But since I started making this new recipe, the fries and salad have been a bit off the beaten track.

Vegetables imported abroad pesticides We were surprised about what we would eat and what we would do when we said the news that it has returned to the domestic market due to the rates of GMO products.

How to Make Cauliflower Soup Recipe?

  1. Cut the cauliflower into large pieces, peel the onion and potato and chop coarsely.
  2. Put the cauliflower, onions and potatoes in a saucepan and add enough water to cover them by 5 inches.
  3. After adding salt, boil it on medium heat for about 20 minutes (the water level will decrease - you do not need to add water).
  4. Fry the butter and flour in a small saucepan over low heat until fragrant. Add milk to the roasted flour gradually and add it to the soup when it thickens.
  5. Stir constantly while adding the milk to avoid lumps (don't panic if there is lumps in the flour, the soup will go through the blender).
  6. After the whole process is finished, blend your soup until there is no roughness. After boiling for 5-6 more minutes on medium heat, remove from the stove.
  7. If desired, make a sauce with butter and chili peppers and drizzle over the soup before serving.

I'm trying too. The ingredients are currently being boiled. I dared to do it because of the positive reactions I got from you. This year, I will put into practice different soup recipes. I bought a mushroom soup recipe recently, but the thyme ruined its taste; Those who want to try this, please be careful! Or if they are going to put it, they should use very little.

The amount of water may vary depending on the pot. 5 fingers would be too much in a wide pot. It will be difficult for those who don't know how to cook like me. Can you give exact measure of the glass account?

My dear Nilay, I haven't tried this soup yet. There is no carrot, potato and onion in my cauliflower soup. I boil the cauliflower. I add butter to a pot, I add the flour, I add cold milk, I add the water, I add the cauliflowers and pass them through the rondo. I serve with chopped dill or paprika as desired
