How to Make Cauliflower Soup Recipe?
- Cut the cauliflower into large pieces, peel the onion and potato and chop coarsely.
- Put the cauliflower, onions and potatoes in a saucepan and add enough water to cover them by 5 inches.
- After adding salt, boil it on medium heat for about 20 minutes (the water level will decrease - you do not need to add water).
- Fry the butter and flour in a small saucepan over low heat until fragrant. Add milk to the roasted flour gradually and add it to the soup when it thickens.
- Stir constantly while adding the milk to avoid lumps (don't panic if there is lumps in the flour, the soup will go through the blender).
- After the whole process is finished, blend your soup until there is no roughness. After boiling for 5-6 more minutes on medium heat, remove from the stove.
