fruit cookies

Materials:

For the dough:

1 stick of margarine (at room temperature)
1 pieces of eggs
1 cup of powdered sugar
3,5 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla and baking powder

For inside:

1 apple
1pc pear
1 cup orange jam (or any other jam as desired)
1 cup of quince jam (…..)
7 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Fabrication:

Mix the butter, eggs and powdered sugar. Flour, vanilla and baking powder are placed in a bowl and sifted into this mixture. A slightly harder dough is prepared than the earlobe and it is cooked for 20-25 minutes. is rested.
Apples are chopped and grated. Add sugar and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed. When the water is absorbed, jams are added and after cooking a little more, cinnamon is sprinkled and left to cool.
Pieces slightly larger than walnuts are taken from the rested dough and rolled out. 1 teaspoon of our material is put into this dough and folded into 2. The dough is cut with a medium-sized cup or water glass. All the dough is finished in this way. 180 minutes in a preheated oven at 40 degrees. is cooked. When it cools down, sprinkle some powdered sugar on it.

In a word, it has an excellent taste. I advise!

Enjoy your meal!!!
