Mixed Fruit Cookies
Ms. Hilal, you have made it again, well done. I really liked the Mixed Fruit Cookie recipe and the appearance of the cookies, I will definitely try it. Well done.
Materials:
For the dough:
1 stick of margarine (at room temperature)
1 pieces of eggs
1 cup of powdered sugar
3,5 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla and baking powder
For inside:
1 apple
1pc pear
1 cup orange jam (or any other jam as desired)
1 cup quince jam
7 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Fabrication:
Mix oil, eggs, powdered sugar. Put flour, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl and sift into the mixture. Prepare a dough that is a little harder than an earlobe and let it rest for 20-25 minutes.
Apples are chopped and grated. Add sugar and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed. When the water is absorbed, jams are added and after cooking a little more, cinnamon is sprinkled and left to cool.
Take pieces slightly larger than walnuts from the rested dough and roll them out. Put 1 teaspoon of our ingredients into this dough and fold it in half. Cut the dough that is closed with a medium-sized cup or water glass. Finish the whole dough by doing this. Bake in a preheated oven at 2 degrees for 180 minutes. When it cools down, sprinkle plenty of powdered sugar on top.
In a word, it has an excellent taste. I advise!
Bon Appetit!
