Hello Dear Friends,

In such troubled times, the memories of the meals and the power that gives positive energy makes me incredibly happy. The smell I smell at that moment makes me teleport to 20, maybe 30 years ago.

Isn't the stir fry one of the yummiest recipes we've pinned our memories of? I always think of a cheerful and crowded summer table, a simple pasta next to a watermelon, and the subtle smell of the sea comes from afar.

frying making

When you leave the sea and go to dinner, that colorful, practical and delicious table is greeted with happiness. And if you stay without that fry and make cold cold bread rolls, oh my!

I have 2-3 kitchen secrets that elevate the flavor of stir fry to the next level. The first of these is to cook all the vegetables in the order I gave them. The second is to use frying oil while preparing the sauce. The last is to add some vinegar to the tomato sauce. Also, if the tomato is not sweet, 1 piece of sugar can be added.

  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 3-4 green peppers
  • 2 capsicum peppers
  • Salt
  • oil for frying

  • 1,5 cups of tomato puree
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar if the tomatoes are tasteless

How to Make Mixed Roast (Tomato Sauce) Recipe?

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into fingers.
  2. Without peeling the zucchini, cut it into rings half an inch wide.
  3. Wash and pierce the green and red peppers with a knife, or cut them lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  4. Fry the potatoes first, then the zucchini, eggplants, and finally the peppers in the oil.
  5. Put the fried vegetables in a deep bowl and salt the previous one a little before adding each layer.
  6. Take some oil without frying in a sauce pan and add the chopped garlic.
  7. When the smell of the garlic comes out, add the tomatoes, add salt and sugar if desired and cook until the tomatoes have a little juice.
  8. Pour the prepared sauce over the hot hot fries.
