Blackberry, laz cherry or taflan… what's your name there 😄 I made the jam last year #karayemis I salted it this morning with my little helper. When the general answer to my post the other day was to push the salt, we did the same 😂🌿

Ingredients for Blackberry (Taflan) Salting Recipe
- 750 g ripe berries
- 1,5 cups of salt for pickling
How to Make Black Nuts (Taflan) Salting Recipe?
