Ingredients for Etimek Dessert with Caramel Pudding

For the cream:

  • 1 pack of Pakmaya Caramel Pudding
  • 2,5 water glass milk

For the caramel syrup:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1,5 water glass of water

For the top:

  • 2 packs of Pakmaya Whipped Cream
  • 1 water glass milk
  • Pakmaya Cocoa

How to Make Etimek Dessert with Caramel Pudding?

  1. For sherbet, put the granulated sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the sugar caramelizes. Carefully add the water to the caramelized sugar and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring, and remove from the heat.
  2. Pour the syrup on top of the meatballs you placed in a medium-sized rectangular bowl.
  3. Place the pudding and milk in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat until it thickens. Pour the cooked pudding syrup over the chin meat and spread with a spatula.
  4. Put the dessert you prepared in the refrigerator and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
