Heart Cake
I haven't used the chocolate drop heart cake molds for almost 2 years. As Valentine's Day approaches, I wanted to produce different alternatives for both you and myself.
Actually, it would be wrong to say stay. This is more like a muffin tray, but the size of the tray is the same, but the slots are at least 2 times larger than standard muffin tins.
Since there is no muffin paper to fit inside, it needs to be oiled and floured just like a cake mold.
It is possible to make cupcake-muffins or small muffins from a standard cake recipe.
You can also add cakes you made with your own hands into your gift options.
I bought the chocolate chips I used in cake making from Eminönü. You can also use chocolate chips sold in markets.
You can also get rum flavor from big markets.
You can make 1 standard cake or up to 14 cupcakes in the sizes I have given.

How to Make a Heart Cake Recipe?

- Add yoghurt and oil to the beaten eggs and continue beating.
- Add the rum flavor and mix until you get a runny dough.
- Grease and flour your cake mold as in the photo, then pour the dough into the mold. Finally, sprinkle over the chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, check if the middle is cooked, if not, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove your baked cakes from the mold when they come to room temperature.
