Pencil Pastry-Spice Pastry

Hello Dear Friends,

Cigarette pastry, or as I now prefer it (especially when telling my daughter), is one of the first recipes I made in my childhood. Over time, it has settled so clearly for me that I do not make the recipe and its taste, for example, with curd cheese. There is definitely white cheese, I prefer medium or low fat so that it does not run too much while frying.
My other favorite mortars are ground beef and apple.

Especially to apple pie I'd say definitely take a look.
When I buy the phyllo, I prepare a lot of it and put it in the freezer. Then I take it out and fry it as needed.

Materials 

• 3 pieces of dough
• 300 gr. low-fat feta cheese
• 1 pieces of eggs
• quarter bunch of parsley
• 1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature
• 2 cups of oil (for frying)

Instructions 

1. Take the cheese in the mixing bowl, mash with a fork. Finely chop the parsley and add to the cheese.
2. Add butter and egg and mix it all together.
3. Put a teaspoon of the material on the wide side of the triangular piece of dough, fold both sides and wrap it without being too tight, wet the pointed end of the dough with your finger and stick it.
4. After wrapping them all in this way, fry them by turning them in the oil you have heated.
5. Take the fried pastries on a paper towel lined plate.
