We are leaving another year behind, with its bitter and sweet. Sometimes we laughed, sometimes we were sad, sometimes we were incredibly tired, but time passes so quickly that when we look back, everything is like a dream.

I chose cocoa milk as the last recipe of 2011. This recipe, which I have prepared almost every evening for the last two weeks, is a warm alternative for your friends and family.

Ingredients for Cocoa Milk Recipe
Per person
- 1 cup or mug of milk
- 1 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1,5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- optionally 1-2 cardamom
How to Make Cocoa Milk Recipe?
- If it has milk, put it in a saucepan, if not, in a small saucepan.
- Add cocoa, granulated sugar and, if you are going to use it, cardamom into the milk and whisk well.
- Bring to a boil over low heat.
- If you have added cardamom in it, strain it and pour it into glasses.
- Serve hot.
