Cocoa Practical Cookies

Practical cookies are indispensable in my kitchen. An incredibly delicious recipe with few ingredients is cocoa and pistachio cookies. Ours liked it so much that my wife says she tastes ice cream while eating this cookie :)
When preparing the cookies, make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature. The glasses I use are standard 100 ml tea glasses. Arrange on trays as spaced apart as possible, taking into account the spread while cooking.

For the dough:
- 1 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 1 package baking powder
- 2 tea glass of flour
- half a cup of cocoa
For the above:
- Pistachio nuts
- optional nuts
How to Make Cocoa Practical Cookie Recipe?
- Take the butter, flour, cocoa, granulated sugar and baking powder into the mixing bowl and mix. Add the egg and knead.
- Take a little bit smaller than a walnut from the gathered dough and roll them in your hand.
- After you get 17-18 pieces of cookies, dip the balls you prepared into pistachios and place them on the baking tray with 23-4 cm intervals.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Let the cookies, which are soft when they come out of the oven, rest until they cool and serve.
