Ingredients for Cocoa Starch Cookie Recipe

• 1 cup butter at room temperature
• 1 pieces of eggs
• 2 water glass flour
• 1 teaspoon of wheat starch
• 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
• 1 package baking powder
• 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
• 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips

How to Make Cocoa Starch Cookie Recipe?

1. Mix room temperature butter, eggs, powdered sugar, starch.
2. Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder and continue mixing.
3. Add chocolate chips to the gathered dough and mix.
4. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough you kneaded and place them on the tray at 3-4 cm intervals.
5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
6. Serve the cookies that come to room temperature with some chocolate chips, optionally poured with melted chocolate.
