Cocoa Banana Cake is a recipe that I am sure you will like very much with its smell, texture and taste. While cooking, make sure that all the ingredients, including the banana, are at room temperature. Before taking the cake out of the oven, check if it is cooked inside by inserting a skewer or a knife.

Ingredients for Cocoa Banana Cake Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of butter at room temperature
  • 1 tea cup oil
  • 1 cup of yogurt at room temperature
  • 3 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 cup of heaped flour
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2-3 tablespoons of crushed hazelnuts

How to Make Cocoa Banana Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until foamy.
  2. Add butter, yoghurt and oil and beat until mixed.
  3. Add cocoa, baking powder and flour and beat on medium speed.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the baton cake mold that you have lined with greaseproof paper.
  5. Put the banana in the middle, pour the remaining cake batter on top and smooth it out.
  6. Cut the remaining banana lengthwise into 2 parts and place on top of the cake.
  7. Sprinkle with the hazelnut chips and bake the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cake comes out dry (approximately 50-60) minutes.
  8. When the cake has completely cooled, remove it from the mold, slice and serve.

    Ms. Nilay, I applied your recipe, it was great, but the flour came in 2 cups less. It caused it to disperse after cooking. 2,5-3 glasses of flour
    ideal size will be better.
