Cocoa Cookies (Buttered)

We are approaching the birth step by step. This week, I decided to finish work and go into rest mode. If nothing goes wrong, I also stocked up on my recipes that I would like to share with you :) I hope I can continue my publication order without any interruption. I tried many different recipes, took lots of photos and also prepared a sharing plan.
When all my work is done, a very very old cookie I made some minor changes while re-cooking my recipe. Turn out a delicious cocoa cookies The recipe is out. The recipe is absolutely very practical to make, its kneading is ready in 10 minutes. You may think that butter can take more flour at first because it is at room temperature, but do not add it. cookie dough it gets better as it rests.

Ingredients for Cocoa Cookie (Butter) Recipe
- 2 cups of flour (220 g)
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- Half a tea glass of butter (55 g)
- 1 packet of vanillin (10 g)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa (25 g)
- Half a glass of powdered sugar for icing the cookies
Fabrication:
- Take eggs and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl, add baking powder, vanillin and cocoa and whisk. Add the butter and flour and knead until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Gather the dough you prepared and rest it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Take the powdered sugar in a deep bowl. Take walnut-sized pieces from the rested dough, roll them in your hands and dust them with powdered sugar.
- Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper at 2-3 cm intervals.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 14-15 minutes. Remove from tray and serve when completely cooled.
What if I use olive oil instead of butter?????????
I added 1 tablespoon of filter coffee into it… it was beyond miss :) thank youeerrr…
