I have always loved the semolina dessert. Of course, the advantages such as easy recipe, short cooking time and elegant presentation also have an effect on this. The service, especially with chocolate sauce and fruits, is even more eye-catching.

It is very easy to shape the cake as in the photo. For this, it is enough to wet the cake mold slightly after the dessert is cooked, and let the dessert rest in the mold for 2-3 hours.

Love…

  1. Put the semolina, granulated sugar, vanillin, cocoa and milk in the saucepan. Cook on high heat, stirring until it boils.

While I was putting it in the cake mold, I put the crumbled biscuit in it, it was great, but 4 cocoa makes it very dark, but the taste is amazing.. thank you for your effort :)

Now I poured the cake mold. The taste is very good, the color is dark like chocolate without milk. And I think it will be a very light and delicious dessert that can be served to the guests if it comes out of the mold without falling apart. Thank you for your recipe.
