Hello Dear Friends,

Recently, the favorite cake recipe of the households has been the Cocoa Chocolate Cake recipe. Sold out as it was made :) Even I ate 2 big slices even though I'm not the type to scratch a little. Actually, I was going to prepare pastry cream and add hazelnut paste to it, but once in a while, I couldn't find time to prepare pastry cream. Sure, if anyone wants to try they can be accessed here.

One of the best features of this cake is that it is full but moist. The reason for this is that the amount of liquid in it is higher than dry materials. Of course, this also extends the cooking time.

If we bake it at 180 degrees for a long time, the outside of the cake will burn while the inside will remain raw. For this reason, we lower the cooking temperature at the end of 25 minutes and ensure that the inside is cooked.
