Cocoa Pear Cake

Before Nehir, I was not very fond of fruits, just like desserts :) Now, when one of his meals is yoghurt and fruit, I automatically become like that too. Sometimes the fruits we buy do not come out the way I want. Thanks to the sour pears, this cake met with you :) Fortunately, they turned out sour because they were delicious cakes.

Ingredients for Cocoa Pear Cake Recipe
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of melted butter (100 ml)
- 1 tea glass of sunflower oil (100 ml)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 package baking powder
- 3 teaspoon of cocoa
- 2 pear
- optionally some granulated sugar and nuts for topping
How to Make Cocoa Pear Cake Recipe?
- Microwave the pears with their skins on for 2-3 minutes and set aside to cool (boil if you don't have a microwave).
- When the pears have cooled, peel and dice one of them, cut the other into 2 halves and remove the cores and slice into rings.
- Beat eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy and white.
- Add oil, melted butter and yoghurt, continue whisking at medium speed.
- Add flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Add the cubed pears into the cake and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Line a square cake mold or baking paper with greaseproof paper.
- Pour the cake mix you prepared into the mold.
- Arrange the pear slices you have separated on the cake dough at 2-3 cm intervals. Sprinkle with nuts and granulated sugar if desired.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes until the cake dough comes out dry.
