Coffee Raisin Cupcake and Caking

Release Date: 18-05-2012

It all started yesterday, early in the morning, with a knock on my door. I was really surprised when I received the package in the hands of the sleepy courier and opened it. The package included all the ingredients to make the cake, but the main attraction was the #caking HashTag.

As you know, internet trends are very popular right now, such as Planking (lying down on your face), owling (perching like an owl)… This is the way to go for caking, by photographing your cake & cake you prepared for 20 May World Cake and Cake Day (in your home or outside) in different places and on the internet. You can share with this HashTag.

pata

You will say what does that mean? Everything doesn't need to have a meaning, just entertainment. We toured the entire Istiklal Street with my cake and took many photos.

Here are some…

There may be those who wonder about the end of the cake :) It was eaten by my wife around 10:00 at night :)

Thank you for this delightful package and lots of love to everyone...

How to Make Coffee Raisin Cupcake and Caking Recipe?

  1. Take the sugar and egg into the whisk, the mixture is foamy (until the sugar is completely dissolved) and beat it first at low speed and then at high speed.
  2. Add milk and room temperature margarine to the risen eggs and continue beating at low speed.
  3. Add the flour and Turkish coffee and mix until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Add the baking powder, vanilla and raisins last and mix for 1 more minute.
  5. Divide the dough into cupcake molds.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. You can tell whether it is cooked with the help of a toothpick or knife. (If the toothpick comes out wet, bake for a few more minutes).
  7. Let the baked cakes rest for 30 minutes to cool. Serve garnished.

    Hello there,
I want to try it tonight, but is the margarine you mean oil? Do I melt the margarine and put it in?
    Thank you

Miss Flya margarine, do not melt it. Soft enough at room temperature.
