We are currently experiencing an abundance of coffee and its derivatives. I love the smell of coffee, but we hardly consume it. I think my love for coffee in college has faded.

For this reason, I started looking for different ways to consume coffee and cocoa stocks at home :)

If you are looking for a cake that is both delicious and guaranteed to rise, you should definitely try it :)

instant coffee cake

Ingredients for Coffee Cake Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 water glass flour
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 6 teaspoons of instant coffee or 4 teaspoons of Turkish coffee
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for topping optionally

Fabrication :

  1. Heat 1 glass of milk, mix it with 6 teaspoons of coffee and leave it to cool.
  2. Beat sugar and eggs until foamy. Continue whisking, adding the ghee and coffee with milk.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla, add and mix, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  4. Use a dry toothpick to check if the inside is cooked. Serve by pouring powdered sugar on top of the cake that you have cooled and removed from the mold.

It swelled up very well, I also put a handful of drops of chocolate in it and made it with only bran flour. Its sugar was low, I prepared vanilla sauce on it, I added flavor with tangerine peel.. It tasted a little better. Next time I try, I will use 1.5 cups of sugar. Thank you.

How beautifully the moon has risen. I think the secret is to whisk eggs and sugar until they rise.
