Here is one of the indispensables of breakfast, the tomato paste you see in this picture came as a gift from my dear Seda from Samsun, thank you :) I am writing the recipe for you… You can get pepper paste from the Spice Bazaar. I can't get enough of it... I can't eat because of my diet, but enjoy your meal :(

tomato paste

Ingredients for Breakfast Paste Recipe

2 tablespoons of chili paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoons of walnuts
half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to Make Breakfast Paste Recipe?

Put the tomato paste in a deep bowl. Beat the walnut kernels in a mortar. Add the walnuts, salt, olive oil to the pepper and tomato paste, mix well and make a puree.

Note: The content can be increased if desired (eg mint and cumin can be added). I think you should try adding roasted eggplant, you won't regret it :)

MMhhh… Good luck to you. I am making a slight variation on this recipe, too. After I buy ready-made mixed tomato paste and add walnuts to it, I add cumin, curry, dried mint, a pinch of black pepper, 6-7 cloves of garlic and add at least 1 tea glass. I add olive oil and mix it for a long time (until it turns colour).
