The last of my puff pastry recipes is breakfast puff pastry bowls. Just because it says breakfast, you don't need to make it just for breakfast, it's a booty recipe that you can easily prepare for your afternoon tea or guest raids.

Ingredients for Breakfast Puff Pastry Bowls Recipe

1 pack of puff pastry (adjust according to the number of people)
100 gr. feta cheese
parsley
margarine to grease the pan
1 egg yolks

For the above:

breakfast sauce
1 olive for each puff pastry

How to Make Breakfast Puff Pastry Bowls Recipe?

1- Grease each side of the muffin tray with margarine. Press the puff pastry dough, which has come to room temperature, to the tray, one in each eye, and smooth the edges with your hands to form a bowl.
2- Finely chop the parsley, crush the cheese, add 1 egg and mix it in.
3- Divide the dough into the puff pastry with the help of a spoon.
4- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until well browned.
5- Serve with tomato paste on them and add one olive each.
