Breakfast Tomato Pan with Peppers

It wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't shared with you the very practical tomato pan with peppers, one of the most popular flavors of our breakfasts, as we bid farewell to the summer. An incredibly delicious breakfast comes out in 10-15 minutes.
I used some of the spices that I like. You can also add different additions such as thyme and basil according to your taste. Since we do not eat hot pepper, I used sweet pepper, but 1-2 hot peppers can be added to increase the flavor.
Finally, if you want something a little more hearty, you can add 3-4 slices of thinly sliced cheddar cheese before taking it from the stove and serve it after it melts.

Ingredients for Breakfast Pepper Tomato Pan Recipe
- 200 g cayenne pepper or sweet green pepper
- 250 g tomatoes (2 medium)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Sumac
- Cumin
- love-in-a-mist
- Sesame
How to Make a Breakfast Pepper Tomato Pan Recipe?
- Wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut off the stems of the peppers. Divide it into 2-3 parts according to the length.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut the apple slice into 4-6 parts.
- Chop the garlic cloves.
- Take the olive oil in the pan. Add the peppers and cook with the lid closed until golden brown.
- Turn the cooked peppers, add the garlic and tomatoes to the pan.
- Add the spices, sesame and black cumin and close the lid again.
- After 5 minutes, turn the other side of the tomatoes, cook for 5 more minutes with the lid closed and serve.
