Sea Bass on Paper
Today, we bid farewell to the world cuisine, of which we have prepared nearly a thousand recipes, and switched to Turkish cuisine. Our first course was rice and soups. I think we broke a small record by cooking six different soups per person :) I think it will be more comfortable than world cuisine because it contains the dishes we are used to. Let's see what recipes await us...
We have a sweet rush outside of school, my sister is getting engaged soon. My Sunday was spent searching for dresses and shoes for the engagement ceremony. We finally reached the happy ending, but black waters landed on our feet. Believe me, shopping is harder than cooking :)
Of course, while I was trying on a dress for the engagement, I realized that I gained weight with the effect of school. As a result, we started a husband and wife diet again (well, hook together :) I will try to eat a balanced diet and lose weight, although it is not easy because we tried what we did at school.
So this means that evenings will be spent with light recipes…
This is where the sea bass comes into play, and the sea bass, which is cooked almost without oil on paper, is definitely a feast for dieters.
1 fish per person is definitely enough. If you get the fish cleaned at the fisherman where you bought it, it takes 10 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes to cook, so it is an elegant, healthy and practical recipe that you can prepare quickly when you come home from work.
That's all the news from me for now, there are 2-3 different topics that I want to write tomorrow, I hope I can share them with you.
Love…
