Kadayif with Pudding
While the time I spend at home is getting less and less, I try to prepare easier and more practical recipes. It makes the meal I prepared the day before, by changing it with minor touch-ups, making it even more attractive, so I save a little time…
One of my recycling recipes for pudding kadayif. It was prepared a few days ago and the rest was wrapped up nicely and left to its fate in the fridge. It cannot be eaten in the cold, if I take it out now, we will forget it. For this reason, the dessert, which I never wanted to eat, gained a different flavor with a little touch. You can also use pudding like pudding, if you want, you can color it even more with fruit slices.

For Pudding:
Ingredients for Kadayif with Pudding
- 8 water glass milk
- 5 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 1 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 8 soup spoons of cocoa
- 5 teaspoons of wheat starch
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter
Fabrication:
- Put the milk in the saucepan and add the sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa and starch.
- Whisk all the ingredients well and put them on the stove. Cook on medium heat until it thickens and holes form on it.
- Remove the cooked mixture from the stove and add the butter.
- Beat until the butter is completely melted and leave to cool.
For shredded wheat in syrup:
- 500 g kadayif
- 125g butter
For the syrup:
- 5 cup powdered sugar
- 4 water glass of water
- juice of half a lemon
Making Sherbet:
- Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring, until it thickens.
- Add the lemon juice 2-3 minutes before you take it off the stove and set the syrup aside to cool.
Making the Dessert:
- Spread the fresh kadayıf into my debt.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl and wait for it to cool.
- Pour all of the warm oil over the kadaif and spread it all over the kadaif.
- Fry the prepared kadayif in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it turns like a pomegranate.
- Pour the warm syrup over the hot and fried kadaif from the oven.
- Take the kadayif syrup and when it cools down, pour the pudding you prepared before and serve it.
