Zucchini Egg

Last night, I wanted mucver so much, I made it, but I exaggerated the zucchini grater :) I prepared all of them, and it came to my mind to break eggs into the leftover mucver. I poured the garlic yogurt on it, it was so delicious that 10 of my wife's 2 fingers are missing right now :))))

Ingredients for Zucchini Egg Recipe

• 1 medium zucchini
• 3 Egg
• 1 coffee cup of Flour
• 1 sprigs of scallions
• 2-3 sprigs of dill
• 2-3 leaves of fresh mint
• Salt, pepper
• Butter

How to Make Zucchini Egg Recipe?

1. After scraping and washing the zucchini, grate it.
2. Strain the juice of the grated zucchini in a wire strainer.
3. Finely chop the spring onions, dill and mint and mix them with the zucchini.
4. Add the egg and make it into a slurry.
5. Heat the oil in a pan, pour the mortar and fry it, and continue to crack the eggs last.
