Hello Dear Friends,
As olive oil dishes start to appear on the table, I am so happy for the coming of summer :) Even though many vegetables are out of season, there is no way to find the flavor of field vegetables that are eaten on time. Think about it, is it possible for a dish with the perfect taste of garlic, tomatoes and zucchini to be bad? I mean, even if you use simple techniques, your materials must be good.

olive oil

When I saw the fresh garlic and milky zucchini at the market last week, I immediately bought some. It's my job to prepare a practical olive oil dish that doesn't take much time in the evening, because cooking in pots always takes less effort than others. In addition, since it is more delicious the next day than with olive oil, it also reduces the load of the next day a little bit.

I used a lot of garlic, but you can reduce it according to your taste. I also sauteed half of the garlic I used with onions, and added the remaining half later to add a fresher and pleasant flavor. You can use this tactic to increase the taste of the food one click.

Love…

    Hello Ms. Nilay,
I am 32 years old, I have been married for 3 years and I cooked zucchini for the FIRST TIME in my life… It was not a common dish in my family when I was single. Only fries were acceptable at our house. It was not very filling. But it turned out to be so delicious… From now on, I will definitely make it 1 day a week. Like all your recipes, this is really very understandable, extremely simple and delicious. I am learning a lot from you. I always follow your posts. In the past, no one shared a recipe. He wanted him to know best, to make it himself, and kept his recipes a secret. Even if some of them shared the recipe, the missing share would not necessarily tell a trick. In that respect, I congratulate you. Thanks a lot for your effort.

Can you tell me which market you went to? Believe me, I can hardly look at vegetables in the market anymore, because they have excessive hormones and their DNA has been changed :(
