When I saw the fresh garlic and milky zucchini at the market last week, I immediately bought some. It's my job to prepare a practical olive oil dish that doesn't take much time in the evening, because cooking in pots always takes less effort than others. In addition, since it is more delicious the next day than with olive oil, it also reduces the load of the next day a little bit.
I used a lot of garlic, but you can reduce it according to your taste. I also sauteed half of the garlic I used with onions, and added the remaining half later to add a fresher and pleasant flavor. You can use this tactic to increase the taste of the food one click.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Dish Recipe
- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 medium onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon of rice
- 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- 2 cups of water (hot)
- dill for topping
How to Make Pumpkin Meal Recipe?
- Chop the onions, finely chop the garlic.
- Wash the zucchini, cut off the stems and ends. Using a fork, scoop the zucchini lengthwise and slice into large circles. Chop the tomatoes coarsely.
- Add olive oil, salt, onions and half of the garlic to the pan and sauté.
- When the onions start to turn pink, add the tomatoes and zucchini and saute for 1 minute.
- Mix the zucchini by adding rice, remaining garlic and 2 tea glasses of water. Cook on medium heat with the lid on until the zucchini is soft.
- Sprinkle dill on the cooked food. Serve warm or cold.
