Ingredients for Pumpkin Vaccine Recipe

  • 5-6 zucchini
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • Dill, parsley, fresh or dried mint,
  • Half cup of rice
  • 2 sugar cube
  • 1–1,5 cups of hot water
  • salt


  1. Onions and tomatoes are peeled and cut into edibles. The zucchini is peeled and first sliced ​​transversely, then each slice is divided into 2 in the middle.
  2. Onions are taken into the pot, oil, salt and sugar are added and roasted until they turn pink and tomatoes are added. Add the zucchini and mix.
  3. Add in rice and mix 2-3 more times. Hot water is added to the dish and cooked on low heat for 20-25 minutes. is cooked. It is served by adding fresh dill, parsley, fresh or dried mint.
