Izmir meatball
Hello Dear Friends,
I mentioned that we ran out of town last weekend. We were at Delphin Palace for 3 days. It has a beauty and activity that will seduce even those who like to travel and discover new places, who do not stick to a single place on holiday like me. The taste of their open buffets is admirable and the fresh snacks they offer throughout the day make people want to eat all the time.
This being the case, the holiday I took to rest started to revolve around the food axis again. Thanks to this, I met Hasan Hüseyin Ceylan, the head chef of Delphin Imperial. Of course, the rest came like a sock rip. Cihan chef, Erhan chef, Türkan chef introduced us to delicious tastes. Also, I sneaked into the molecular kitchen :)
On the last day of my holiday, I photographed 4 delicious recipes for you and got their recipes. As a matter of fact, my intention was to publish them all as a menu, but due to work, I could not finish the arrangement. If nothing goes wrong, I will try to publish the recipes before starting the Ramadan menus.
I definitely recommend you to try these recipes that I can't get enough of.
Love…
