Hello Dear Friends,

I think there are very few adults and children who don't like mashed potatoes :) One of the best things about it is that it can go well with almost any meal. It is also preferred because of its practicality.
You can get new varieties by combining this beautiful root vegetable with different flavors that suit your taste.

mashed side dish

Generally, milk is used in puree making, of course, butter or margarine is added to it. I usually use cream instead. I love the pleasant flavor left on the palate by the trio of cream, nutmeg and potatoes.

Sometimes, instead of dealing with boiling it, I make a few holes on it with the help of a knife and cook it for 7 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the potato. Thus, the potato that I will use for mash is prepared quickly. You can also optionally use a blender, but I use a potato masher because I want some texture.

I recommend you to serve this recipe especially with meat dishes.

Love…
