Spinach Flour Pie

Ingredients for Spinach Crispy Triangle Pie Recipe

  • 3 pieces of dough
  • 500 g spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt
  • black pepper

For between:

  • 1 water glass of water
  • half a glass of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar

For the top:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • love-in-a-mist

How to Make Crispy Spinach Triangle Pie Recipe?

  1. Wash and chop the spinach for the stuffing. Chop the onion for food and put some olive oil in the pot.
  2. On medium heat, when the onion turns pink, add the spinach and mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove.
  3. While the filling is cooling, whisk all the ingredients for the sauce and bring it to a sauce consistency.
  4. Lay the yufka on the counter and apply the sauce you prepared with the help of a brush.
