Ingredients for Spinach Bulgur Pilaf Recipe
- 1 pounds of spinach
- 1 cups bulgur
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Pulp pepper
- Salt
How to Make Spinach Bulgur Pilaf Recipe?
Finely chop the washed spinach. Put the spinach in the pot, add the bulgur and mix well. Put half a tea glass of oil in the pan, throw the chopped onions into it and turn it pink. And throw half a tablespoon of chili peppers into the onions and fry them. Then pour this onion over the spinach and close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat. This dish is cooked without water with the water left by the spinach... ENJOY...

You will add 2 glasses of water to each glass of bulgur.
