How to Make Spinach Bulgur Pilaf Recipe?

Finely chop the washed spinach. Put the spinach in the pot, add the bulgur and mix well. Put half a tea glass of oil in the pan, throw the chopped onions into it and turn it pink. And throw half a tablespoon of chili peppers into the onions and fry them. Then pour this onion over the spinach and close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat. This dish is cooked without water with the water left by the spinach... ENJOY...

I make it with kale. The people of the Black Sea call it dip.. It is delicious when you add a little rice and when it is cooked, warm or cold (I like it cold) and squeeze a lot of lemon on it. I like it with beer.

Try it with garlic yoghurt and drizzle with cayenne pepper in oil. it does not taste good. they call us borani there. I haven't eaten for how many years, it was smoking in my nose. You got me thinking now. good luck to you.

It's really good, I say try it. But I learned it from my mother, I guess I didn't think to try the tomato paste.
