Spinach Pie
Spinach pastry is one of the most popular pastries. Especially if the filling is plentiful and the pastry is soft, you can't get enough of it. The yoghurt you use in my spinach pie recipe keeps the pastry soft and makes it crispy. Don't think that 1 egg is too little, so a repulsive egg smell does not cover the pastry. If you want your pastry to stay soft, just cover it with another baking tray as soon as it comes out of the oven. You can reach the photos of the construction stage in the recipe section. Ingredients for Spinach Pie Recipe
5 pieces of dough
1 pieces of eggs
1–1,5 cups of yogurt
Half a glass of oil
For the stuffing:
500–750 gr. spinach
1 medium onions
Vegetable oil
Salt
red and black pepper
Fabrication:
Spinach is thoroughly washed and chopped into small pieces. The onion is chopped for cooking, taken in a large pan or saucepan, added in salt, and roasted until it turns pink. Add the spinach and cook on a slow fire until it releases its water.
Baking paper is placed on the baking tray and 1 piece of phyllo is laid on it so that it overflows from the tray. Eggs, yoghurt and oil are thoroughly whisked, some of them are applied with a brush or fork to cover the dough. The second phyllo is shrunk and sprinkled on the phyllo and the yoghurt mixture is spread again. The 2rd layer of phyllo is laid and the spinach stuffed is nicely distributed on it. The 3th layer is shrunk on the phyllo and spread with the yoghurt mixture. 4. The phyllo is laid out, the yufka overflowing from the sides of the pastry is covered on top of the pastry, the remaining yoghurt is spread and baked in a preheated oven at 5 degrees until golden brown.

I tried this soup with spinach it was really delicious I just put a little bit of salt a little bit too much salt but the taste is excellent and it's very simple quzel flavor (Y)

Is it okay to use milk instead of yogurt? Will there be a change in taste?
Of course, if you don't have yogurt, you can use milk.

I tried it.. My tray was a little small, but the dimensions are great.. For the mini-oven, 2 phyllo and 200 gr spinach can be easily removed. I added a lot of cheese, it was delicious.. Millet on your head

Well, mine didn't work at all, maybe I'm incompetent or the dough wasn't good, I had 3 doughs, maybe it's because I used three, I don't know.
I ALWAYS MADE ROSE FRIES BEFORE, I NEVER TRIED IT LIKE THIS, NOW MY PASTRY IS IN THE OVEN, I WAITING FOR IT TO COOK, I hope it will be BEAUTIFUL.

indeed, spinach pastry has a different place. I don't add onions to spinach pastry, eggs, yogurt, cheese, butter, a little oil, if it's too liquid, a little flour can be added.
