My recipe for today is a flavor bomb 😍 It brings color and flavor to the table with its spinach and pepper filling and stylish presentation 😋 I preferred spinach and pepper, but you can prepare alternative fillings such as chard, cheese or potatoes.

Tefal's in preparation Multi-purpose 11 cm knife from the ice force seriesI, while cooking ingenio expertise set I used Pots and pans are very useful, and thanks to their protruding handles, taking up less space is a super plus.

You can use it on the stove or in the oven, and you can store your leftover food in the refrigerator, thanks to its airtight lids, in the pot you cooked. When it comes to knives, functional knives that fit in the hand are always my favourite, I highly recommend them.

  1. Chop the onion for cooking, fry in olive oil until transparent. Add the chopped spinach and fry until the spinach absorbs its juice. Add salt, remove from heat and leave to cool.
  2. Chop the peppers as evenly as possible, fry them in olive oil with a little salt, then remove from the stove and leave to cool.
  3. Knead all the ingredients for the meatballs and put them in the fridge to rest for 15-20 minutes. Divide the rested ground beef into 4 parts.
  4. Take the first piece and open it on cling film, cover it with spinach and pepper. Do the same for the other meatballs.
  5. Lightly oil the pan and arrange the meatballs. Bake the meatballs for 200 minutes in the oven preheated to 10 degrees.
  6. Drizzle the tomato sauce over the meatballs. Add the cheeses and bake for another 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Serve hot.
