Ingredients for Wet Cake (Cocoa) Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 cups sugar
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 water glass flour
  • Half a glass of milk (to be added to the sauce later)

Fabrication :

  1. Crack the eggs into the whisk. Add granulated sugar, milk, oil and mix until sugar dissolves. Add the cocoa, whisk again and set aside 1 cup of this mixture.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder to the remaining cake mix and mix again.
  3. Grease a rectangular boram or cake mold and pour the cake mix into the mold.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until the cake comes out dry.
  5. Take the 1 cup of sauce you reserved in a small saucepan. Add half a glass of milk to it and cook on low heat by stirring. Remove the slightly thickened sauce from the stove and let it cool.
  6. Slice the cake out of the oven after resting for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce you prepared on it, let it rest for 1 more hour at room temperature and serve.
