Semolina and Fig Dessert

Hello Dear Friends,
Today I have a dessert recipe with both sherbet and milk that will amaze you with its taste :) I think sherbet is great for cake recipes. When you add the semolina dessert that you have prepared in a practical way, I think it creates the Voltran of desserts :)
The most important thing to consider while preparing the cake is that the hot syrup is cold. If you make holes on the cake you bought from the oven with the help of a knife or wooden skewer and pour the syrup on it, you will get it much better.

Ingredients for Semolina and Fig Dessert Recipe
- 3 medium egg
- 2 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 2 tea glass of milk
- 1 tea cup oil
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 5 figs (soaked in warm water for 15-20 minutes and chopped)
- 2,5 water glass flour
For the syrup:
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 water glass of water
- 2-3 drops of lemon juice
For Top:
- 1 pack of Pakmaya Semolina Dessert
- Milk
For decoration:
- FIG
- Walnut
How to Make Semolina Fig Dessert Recipe?
- For the syrup, mix the water and sugar on medium heat and cook until it thickens. Add lemon juice 2 minutes before taking it off the stove and take it off the stove and let it cool.
- For the cake, beat the eggs and granulated sugar. Add the oil, milk, cinnamon and continue whisking.
- Add the flour, baking powder and chopped figs and mix until there are no lumps.
- Pour the mixture you prepared into the oiled pan and bake in the oven that you preheated to 180 degrees. (with the help of a knife you can check whether the inside of the cake is cooked or not)
- Pour the cooled syrup on the cooked hot cake and leave it to rest to absorb.
- Prepare the semolina dessert according to the recipe on the back of the package and pour the syrup over the cake.
- Slice and serve the dessert that you have rested in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
