Hello Dear Friends,

I traveled a lot this weekend. I went to places we hadn't been for a long time and spent time with friends. I didn't neglect to look at the empty showcase :) One of the last showcases caught my eye, I said, here is a very practical recipe that will suit Monday!

milk dessert

As soon as I got over the first day of the week, I started to prepare the recipe. I prepared the dessert in 30 minutes and even took a picture of it :) Now, while the chickens are cooking in the oven and the desserts are resting in the refrigerator, I started writing to you.

dry fig

As you know, in order to be fast in the kitchen, it is important to put the ingredients and method of the recipe you will prepare in order. Thus, we both save time and do not clutter. Let's say the dessert needs to be rested or marinating the main course is always their priority. While one is resting, switching to the other and putting the menu in order will not only prevent you from getting confused, but also make you less tired. Once you see, they all become ready to be served at the same time :)

You can also use walnuts instead of almonds for your dessert.

In addition, I do not use any sugar and I prepared with dried figs. Fig Sleep You can find the recipe here.

Love…

Hello, if your figs are too sweet, they have too much sugar. If you taste the figs without trying them and reduce the amount of sugar, it will be fine. Yours sincerely

Hello Aslı, the reason we added half of the milk in the first step is to melt the starch and rice flour more easily. After whisking and melting, we add the remaining milk and the chopped figs. When it's all done, we take it to the stove and cook it together. To avoid misunderstanding, I added the remaining milk to the article. All will be cooked. Love :)
