The Executive Chef of Meyyali Restaurant, Muhsin, shared with us the recipe for the delicious Fig Date Teleme, which I have been waiting for impatiently for a month, that I have mentioned to you before.

I suggest you try this dessert as soon as possible, which left its mark on that night in Meyyali and whose recipe is insistently requested by those who tasted it with me. When you try this perfect combination of figs and dates, you will understand better why I praise it so much.

I haven't done it at home yet, if you do, I expect you to share your experiences with me.

I never really thought that the combination of figs and dates would be so delicious. Because the recipe measures are original, it may seem too much for you. You can make enough sweets for your whole family by using ¼ of the measures.

      Hello there.
It is said to add milk after dates, figs and butter are cooked, but it is not specified how long it should be cooked. Will it be boiled or just wait for it to warm up and run through the blender?

Hello Zerrin, you can get coconut milk from big markets. If you can't find it packaged, you can buy fresh coconut and use the juice. Love…
